• System preparation – Identify key components, including required vessels, isolation, and drain valve availability, to ensure efficient and effective expansion vessel flushing.
• Controlled purging – Drain vessels via the drain valve and flush the system to reduce stagnation and prevent debris buildup.
• Pressure checks – Inspect and recharge vessel pressure in line with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines or risk assessment requirements.
• Remedial recommendations – If vessels are not functioning correctly or the system needs upgrading, we provide best practice recommendations.
