Carl Baker, Managing Director of Bilston based water safety specialists Nant Limited, has been recognised as a finalist for Young Leader of the Year at the Business Desk West Midlands Leadership Awards 2022.
Carl has been shortlisted due to the significant progress in transforming a traditional Black Country water safety company into on outward looking, progressive business which is unafraid of exploring new opportunities to secure future growth.
The awards recognise the cream of the West Midlands business community and this category in particular celebrates young leaders who have made a real difference in their organisation and inspired those around them.

The winners will be revealed at The Business Desk’s annual West Midlands dinner on Thursday, March 31 at the Macdonald Burlington, Birmingham.
