Leading water safety specialists, Nant Limited have launched an innovative opportunity to accelerate the personal and professional development of its emerging leaders.
Following a rigorous application and interview process, eight employees from across the business have been invited to take part in the 12-month Elev8 learning experience.
Led by internationally recognised coach and people developer, Gordon Lord of Get Coaching Ltd, alongside the Nant leadership team, the group will explore their potential in a range of areas including self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, coaching, leadership and management of people and strategy.
Eight successful candidates embarked on the inaugural management programme where they spent two days (17th & 18th September) at the prestigious Molineux Stadium, home to the Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Elev8 cohort of 2022 will meet on a monthly basis at a range of iconic venues in and around the West Midlands.
