Employees from water safety specialist Nant Limited have described the company as a ‘positive place to work’ in their first annual colleague engagement survey.
Colleagues from across the workforce gave their views on a wide range of subjects from teamwork, values, communication, and direction of the business.
The survey found that overall colleagues are proud to work for Nant and view the growth, leadership, and direction as a positive.
Business alignment scored highly with an engagement rating of 83%. Those surveyed felt that the day to day expectations were clear, they had good direction and were aware of their own performance KPI’s.
Employee happiness received an overall engagement score of 75%. Employees value the family feel to the business and the positive working environment. A strong sense of teamwork, support and appreciation of others was also highlighted.
Leadership also scored highly with an engagement score of 75%. The survey highlighted that colleagues are happy with the company’s leadership and feel comfortable to share their opinions, especially at director level.

“We have taken these findings and created performance plans with an emphasis on communication, vision and values to ensure we continue to make Nant a great place to work.
“Following a successful 12 months of rapid growth we are now on a recruitment drive for high calibre staff to be part of our success story. We are investing heavily in staff development, products and services so it is vital we provide colleagues with a platform to share their views so we can continually improve. Going forward a quarterly colleague survey will support us with this”
