Colleagues from water safety specialists, Nant Limited will be braving the cold for the second year running and taking part in the Molineux Sleepout to raise vital funds for the homeless and vulnerable in Wolverhampton.
Jamie Green, Alan Stephenson, Ethan Norris, Georgie Newport, Jared Darby, Josh Harris, Matt Price and Sophie Hall will be sleeping under the stars on Friday 18th November to raise funds for the Wolves Foundation and the Good Shepherd.
The Nant team will join members of the public as they sleep rough for 12 hours in the Stan Cullis stand at Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
The Good Shepherd in Wolverhampton provide food, support and volunteering opportunities to vulnerable people living in the city and help to create sustainable pathways out of poverty.
Scheduling and Communications Manager Georgie Newport said:
“As a business located at the heart of Wolverhampton, we feel that this is a very worthy cause to not only raise funds for, but awareness.
“Wolverhampton, like so many cities around the country, is experiencing high levels of unemployment rates and food poverty and we want to help to make a difference.
“Our aim is to raise £1,200, so if you can, please support us!”
The Nant team play an active role in raising money for local good causes close to the hearts of their colleagues and community.
Over the last 12 months Nant has fundraised over £2,700 their charity of the year Dementia UK together with fundraising for the Edwards Trust, Wolverhampton Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, Midlands Air Ambulance, Cure Leukaemia and The Whistle Foundation.
