Help Desk Team Leader Ethan Norris has been recognised as a finalist in the 2022 In-Comm and Business Services Awards.
Ethan, who joined Nant’s apprenticeship programme in 2019 on a business administration apprenticeship has been shortlisted as Learner of the Year in the Business Support category.
Ethan quickly progressed through the business, upon completing his apprenticeship he promoted to Help Desk Team Leader and is a great role model for current and future apprentices.
Ethan’s Line Manager Gary Baker added: “Ethan is a great role model for current and future apprentices in the business. He is always on hand to offer support and ensure they keep on track.
“Ethan is now involved in a number of high profile projects within the business, outside of his day to day role which highlights how far he has come.”
Now in its 11th year, the In-Comm and Business Services Awards celebrate and reward young apprentices and adult learners across the West Midlands.
The awards ceremony will take place on September 9th at the Eastside Rooms, Birmingham.
