Established in 2015, The Aurora Group operates from its head office in Gloucester and has sites across England.
The Aurora Group has properties across England which were all serviced on a site-by-site basis by independent legionella testing contractors. This resulted in lots of different contracts, paperwork, and points of contact for the business.
The Aurora Group wanted to streamline the way it approached legionella testing by working with one water treatment business with nationwide coverage.
The Solution
Nant began working with The Aurora Group in 2019 and provide bi- annual risk assessments, monthly checks and remedial work for all schools, colleges and care homes.
David said: “Communication is key, and we have that with Nant. I have a great relationship with our contract manager Jack Scerri. It’s beneficial to have one point of contact for myself and each site manager to get in touch with if there is a problem.
“During our contract with Nant we have opened new sites and they have worked hard to support us with reports and risk assessments. Operating schools and care homes, we are assessed by both Ofsted and the CQC so having the portal where all important documents are stored in one place and can be accessed easily is great for us.”
“Nant provide excellent customer service. We like that all engineers have enhanced DBS checks, especially when operating in sites with young people. All engineers are helpful, polite, flexible, and respectful; they always go the extra mile to explain a problem to our site managers.”
