West Midlands – 23/03/2021- Nant Ltd, a SME nestled in the heart of the Black Country, has had a big change in management. They have now appointed a board of directors paving way for younger generation to take over the reins.
Nant Ltd is an award winning Water Safety Company specialising in Legionella control providing their services for over 26 years all across the UK. With the pandemic hitting the economy last year and with the aging directors a decision was taken to expedite the succession plan to appoint a new board of directors comprising of senior members of staff in line for directorship.
Chris Green and Ken Rowlands founding directors have appointed Carl Baker as Managing Director, Richard Deakin as Technical Director and Jamie Green as Operations Director. Each director has been with the company for at least a decade. Chris Green has taken a step back from the day to day running as Chairman and Ken has assumed the role of company secretary.

Nant have already started shaking the ranks and appointed their General Manager, Gary Baker who will be looking after the day to day running of the business. And a new tier of middle managers. They are ready for the challenge ahead and have a bright future ahead.
