Jared Darby appointed to Operations Manager

We’re delighted to announce that Jared Darby has been promoted to Operations Manager. Jared has been with Nant since 2014, in that time he has worked across the Helpdesk, Hygiene Department, Risk Assessment Department and in the last three years has been in the role of Hygiene and Contracts Supervisor.

Jared’s breadth of experience combined with his consistent demonstration of Nant’s company values and organisational standards has shown his clear readiness to step into an operational leadership position.

With support from the wider management team, Jared will work closely with all department leads, line managers and key stakeholder to strengthen our operational accountability, governance alignment, consistent communication and structured planning alongside responsive operational support.

Jared’s appointment is critical as Nant continues to scale responsibly, embed consistent standards and build capability across the business.

On his new role, Jared commented “Stepping into the Operations Manager position is another significant milestone for me, as it reinforces that anything is possible with hard work and commitment. Progressing up to this role has given me the opportunity to work closely with those around me, ensuring we consistently deliver a high standard of service to our clients and dealing with things head on as a team to accomplish water safety.
